Friendly faces and a quiet stay

My family loved the clean, modern lobby and the games available to keep the kids entertained. Breakfast had a nice selection that pleased everyone! The staff's warmth made it feel welcoming.

Unfortunately, the ice machine only worked on the first floor, which was a bit of a hassle. Also, the shower valve placement was awkward, as it required you to get wet to turn it on.

The stay at Tru by Hilton Columbus East Broad had some bright spots. I loved the modern design and clean lobby, which gave a great first impression. The pancake maker at breakfast was a fun touch, and the selection was broad enough to satisfy everyone in the family. My kids appreciated the available games in the lobby that kept them entertained. However, we did experience some inconveniences. The ice machine only worked on the first floor, so we had to make extra trips for ice. Also, the shower valve placement felt awkward, requiring you to step in and get wet to turn the water on. The staff interaction could improve as well, especially in terms of attentiveness to guest needs.

We had a nice few nights here! The rooms are clean and modern, and the staff was super friendly. The kids loved the games in the lobby, and the breakfast had some cool options like pancakes. Wish there was a microwave in the room because it would’ve made things easier for leftovers.
